Looking good CUBHUT. :) I first thought the 57 had some sort of added support to the front axle stub until I realized it was a jack stand that was pretty much in underware colors also. :? Are you staying cool???

Dave,

Lookin good! Don't let her run around in her underwear too long. My '57 has been running around in multicolored underwear for more than 3 years. I finally took her the 100 miles to a friend's place for the finish work. I hope she's proudly wearing a coat of 2150 next time I see her.

I think the plow is scoured better than Donny's. :D

Bronson,

I've wondered the same thing. It's what my sandblasting guy uses when I ask him to prime anything. It's high build, but otherwise looks like zinc chromate aircraft primer... a color that doesn't photograph well.

 Thats exactly what came to my mind upon viewing it, Aircraft Primer. Looks about the same color as the primer I seen daily when I worked for Boeing (sp) many years ago.

I believe but not totally sure but sure looks like epoxy fill & sand primer to me.

It will fill in small scratches & small pits with 2 to 3 coats.
Also on a good clean surface it will not let go once it sets lacquer thinner won't even etch it.
If it's been broken I did it.
If its not broken wait till I touch it.
