Snow Again.....
I pulled my grader blade off of my '53 on Saturday. Now as I look out the window I see snow falling again..... I think they are only calling for a few inches. Myself, I'm ready for spring.....

Re: Snow Again.....
Ricky,
You still have time to put it back on. As stuck as I have ever been in the snow was April 8, '82, so my blade is still on my Cub.

Re: Snow Again.....
No new snow here, but 15 degree low, and 30 degree high, are not making me happy. Garden still has a foot of snow on it. This is the week I usually plant my peas.
Got a tree in the mail, last week. Should be planting time for it, but Mother Nature has other plans. Low temp should be 30, highs near 50.

Re: Snow Again.....
I'm getting it too Ricky! I pulled both sets of weights off the rears preparing for a brake job and seals, but I still have the blade on. I'm looking at 3" of the wet heavy stuff, we'll see how we do with "no weight" other than my slender 250 lbs. over the axile
I too am ready for spring!!

Ricky,
Just to make you feel better I thought I would post a picture of us plowing yesterday Of course we were inside. But, we were still turning dirt and got our nostrils full for the smell of fresh turned earth.

Hey Rick, I'm what? Maybe 45 miles from you? If you were looking close you could see a few flakes which melted as soon as they hit the ground. The cub still has the blade on and the cadet still has the blower on. Did you have your blower off or never put it on? Leave at least one on and it won't snow. That's my theory anyway. Need to get the blade off and the Klipper on to mow asparagus fern. Vern

We got about 3"-4", nothing that is going to stick long. I kept the blower on my John Deere, it's kind of dedicated to the blower now, so I had a back up if needed. It's supposed to be 60 degrees tomorrow then back into the low 30's again, but it's Michigan so you've got to expect that.....
