Pat,

That was a WR1500 (15.00"x7.50") waveguide water column load. It was used as an artificial antenna for a television transmitter.

There used to be a 2.5" teflon tube running down the center that flowed 22 gpm of a water/glycol mixture. The load failed and the teflon turned into money :lol:
