Hey yall, as I prepare to rebuild my engine, I measured my main and rod journals today.
My rod bearing sizes were: A being up and down, B side to side
A B
#1 1.4876 1.4879
#2 1.4880 1.4880
#3 1.4884 1.4884
#4 1.4887 1.4888
My main bearings Were:
A B
#1 1.6125 1.6123
#2 1.6127 1.6127
#3 1.6124 1.6127
I see that I'm doing to need .010 over rod bearings but #1 makes me cautious, Do yall think that I should have my Crank turned?
thanks, Craig

Re: Crank measurement, Main/Rob bearings
For about a hundred bucks, I think it is well spent money to have the crank turned.
