Hi, guys - it's been a while.
Came here a while ago - a year or so - and asked about a big end oil seal. Case I-H doesn't make them anymore, but someone said the seal could be fabricated.

Check the VINE classifieds for Tim's (tst) post on the upgraded retainer fitted with the rear crankshaft oil seal.

The seal that YT sells may fit, but most probably it will be loose in the retainer and leak again. Case/IH sells a new retainer and seal that fits it, but it is $$$$. No one on the Forum has been able to find a seal that is a press fit for the old retainer without the machining that Stan alludes to.
