danco belly mower

Postby ub54 » Sun Aug 02, 2015 8:01 am

Don't know if this belongs here but , the pulley on my mower has a brass bushing that's worn to the point that it wobbles and throws the belt .Is that bushing replaceable ,and if so where might I find one ? Is there even a place that sells parts for them any more ? This one is wore so bad if it does come out I don't know what to use to knock it out except maybe a socket if I'm lucky .

Is it the Danco/IH C1, C2, or C3? I just got done cleaning and reassembling my C2, I can pull the pulley off and get dimensions if that would help out.

It's a c-2 . I got the bushing out and according to my calipers the bushing is 1 1/2 id 1 3/4 od . }Now if I can find some brass tubing that size I'm in business . Would they make bushings that size or mill stock to that size ?
