he only places I have found it is Ebay, Amazon and the Kroil website. Personally I have found I like PB Blaster better. Kroil seems to run out of aerosol before it runs out oF product.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

I have also had problems with their spray nozzles leaking badly.

I pick mine up at a local nut/bolt/fastener store. If you have any of these in your area they might provide some leads.

Fastener store, here, sells it, too. I don't use the aerosols, much, due to reasons mentioned. Buy it by the gallon, and I don't be stingy with it. I also give it time, if possible, like hit each fastener a couple of times, 2 weeks before I plan a tear down. Rarely have a fastener give me trouble.

Paper mill I retired from after 42 years. Kroil, PB Blaster, nuts, bolts, and washers, and some other items were considered consumables, and could be carried out. Spent two years stocking up.

Buy a quart of Acetone and a bottle of automatic transmission fluid. Mix 50/50 together in a bottle or oil can and use instead of all the others. Best stuff around.

I have been using a penetrating oil by Kimball Midwest. So far, it is the best stuff I have have used. I get it from a local lawn mower repair shop.

I never had success with that formula. (I'm cheap, if it worked for me, I'd be using it)

That mix is from an oft-quoted penetrant test. I found it referenced countless times, but also where the ingredients were mistakenly listed as ATF instead of power steering fluid like the photos showed.
