I recently put a set on my LoBoy and found using a 2X board very helpful to make final adjustments for the bolts! :wink:

Working smarter, not harder has some merit!

I just took the tire/wheel off the tractor and laid them on the weight, bolted them together. It's fairly easy to move them after that.
