Country,
I have purchased 3 of those things after seeing yours at Cubfest!
I gave my Dad the best one it still had red paint on it looks orginial. The one I kept had the index tab broken off so I went looking for another and found one missing parts but the indexing tab was good. None of these turned very well at all, to say the least they were nasty. So I sprayed them down with Sea Foam Deep Creep and now they all spin easily!
I did get mine fixed up now I need to find a wheel to mount them on. Your idea was great. Hope you don't mind if I kinda borrow it  It is just too good to pass up!

Thanks Ron
I bought an old tractor all dusty and worn,
knew nothing about her just the year she was born
I washed her and greased her and painted her red
Now she lives happily right here in my shed.
