Just to show another find piece of foreign quality, customer insisted on buying this new clutch assembly, the fingers are off center as they could not even bore the holes straight in the finger, how long would this last if it actually would work in the tractor?, its only good for a wheel chock, you are still better off with your old pressure plate if it is still in good shape

Re: replacement clutch
That clutch might last quite a while, but the throw out bearing will be pretty short lived.

Re: replacement clutch
I am glad I joined this board before I made the mistake of buying a new one just as a precaution. As I thought about it, there is nothing to wear out on the plate unless a finger broke or spring dropped out. Seems like readjusting the fingers for a new clutch plate would be fine. I do wonder about the flat side of the pressure plate where it meets the clutch plate. Is there something that can be done to clean off clutch residue or leave it along?

And if the old one needs work, it can be rebuilt.
Many places can rebuild them. One such place: http://www.fortwayneclutch.com/
