Newbie

Postby Highwayman » Sat Mar 12, 2016 7:00 am

Hello there
New to the forum and about to be new to Cubs. Going tomorrow to pickup a yellow cub not sure of year from my uncle
It has a 1000 loader mounted and is in reasonably good shape appearance wise. Haven't heard it run yet but it's a deal I can't refuse regardless. Watch for pictures!!

Welcome to the Forum. Let us know if we can be of any help. Lots of good info in the manuals section of the tool bar above.

Well it's home... Glad I took another tractor along in case I had to drag it on the trailer. I did Battery was beyond dead and my uncle's memory isn't what it once was and the key is missing. Looked up the sn#and it's a 75 loaders nice no welds with a hyd bucket tires weathered but hold air. So I gotta get a battery and probably a new switch. Anyone have any words of wisdom on how to post pictures? Got some on my phone but that's as far as that got. Lol

Check out this HOW TO: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=76847 When you post a reply or a new post there is a button at the bottom that says "UPLOAD ATTACHMENTS", that's the place to start.

You will have to open the file in a photo editing program and reduce the size to something like 600x800 or so. I like Microsoft photo editor, it's real easy to just resize to a percentage of the existing file.

I created an account on imgur.com and posted links in the post. That way I didn't have to resize everything.
