If TST can't help you, then a good picture of an original decal with go a long way with a sign shop. They'll be easy to make.

I will check with TST, the hopper had no signs of a decal on it. Not sure if it had been painted before I painted it or not. I figure it had one that said "Cole" somewhere.

Here is the lid, made out of an old satellite dish that was left on the roof. I took the plasma cutter and cut it out leaving some tabs to be folded down to hold it on. I had to weld a few bolts holes that were in it. Works great!

Very nice. I like the curvature of the lid and the look it gives.

Most people by looking at it don't know it didn't come with it until I take it off and show them the writing underneath. We usually stick a cooler in the hopper and cover it with the lid if we're doing much with it.

Finally got around to making the hand crank rod. Heated it with the hot wrench since I used cold rolled material instead of hot rolled so it wouldn't crack.

Nice! Maybe I should ask you to make mine for me. I don't have any of those tools and can see myself making an S shaped crank. :(

Nice work as always, sir. :)

You should have drilled the hole the other direction.

I see that now that you pointed it out Jim, there's a hole in the floorboard to keep it from moving. I can weld it up and redrill it.

More critical, you would have to pull sideways to crank it, rather than up.

That's correct. I always like to pull from bottom to top (up) when hand cranking in 1-half turn motion at a time.

I welded the hole and redrilled it. The powdercoater is running red tomorrow so it's spending the night there.
