Put Arnold to work in the garden last month listing rows, one end of our garden stays wet. This hand lift is for the birds when you're holding your 18 month old. Actually the hand lift just plain isn't nice at all. Went and listed rows for a friend in his garden about 1/2 mile away and it wasn't any easier. I guess it beats using a mule.

It beats a mule as it only needs feeding when you use it. You can go away and leave it unattended.
A mule though ,depending on the cause of dying you can get a lot of steak and a warm blanket out of the deal.

I got the tag off this universal mounting frame and sorta straightened it out. Arnold is back at the shop in for a makeover. The hand lift came off, converting to hydraulics. Also installing the later model universal mounting frame I acquired with no grease fittings and the fast hitch is going on. A circle Cub with some updates, going for function instead or original. The original police will have a ball getting their blood pressure up on this one.

Thanks! The step is actually an option from the factory, they are listed in the parts list. I made this one, only thing I would change is drop it down about 3".

The friend I got the light from also had a few wheels laying around, I told him I would like one for a spare so he sold me one for half of what I gave for the light. Took it over to my friend at powdercoat and he burned it off, blasted it and powdercoated it in primer for me.

It's good to have friends...especially if they can powdercoat. :D

Nice.

Picked up the hydraulics last week from my friend, he gave me all the original dot head bolts with it too. Time to rebuild and add the piece for the helper spring like I did on our other one. Also done some trading with a rear rockshaft and lift rod for a Cub without fast hitch for some front wheel weights.

Pump gear was a little loose, welded the shaft up and bored the gear bore back to round. It's an odd dimension but it doesn't matter, it's tight.
