90 Degree Belt Pulley

I have oil leaking out of this small tube on the side my belt pulley .Dose any one know if there is a part to replace it . If so were can i order it .If not is it OK to plug it up.Thanks Johnny J

You shouldn't have oil coming out there. An internal seal around the shaft is leaking. I don't think that tube is OEM anyway.
