Lights - Replacement Rubber plugs for 1964 farmall

Postby Wayne53beard » Mon Apr 18, 2016 1:53 pm

:lost:
I am working on a 1964 Square hood Farmall Cub.

At this stage I need replacement plugs for the seal beam light connectors where the wires pass out the back of the metal light cones.

Is there a source of this replacement part or is it one I should start improvising???

Thanks

Hardware store should have them.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

I'm not so sure about that. Is this the style plug we are talking about?

You are correct Don. I was thinking of grommets in the hood.

The picture I posted shows that the quick spade connectors are in the rubber plug.

The long wires are inside the metal light housing.

I have received feedback that the part is obsolete.

I thank all for your advice and assistance.
I have ordered some rubber grommets and will seek to improvise a solution using them.

Again Thank you.

Wayne
