My question involves reassembly and adjustment of the distributor/magneto/governor train after an engine overhaul. This is the way the engine gets its timing.
There is a good video on YouTube which has given me a start (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqucExhxXdE)
but I want to ask any of you if you can point me to other sources (other videos, diagrams, service manuals or any threads related to this topic deep in the bowels of this forum from years past). Thanks in advance.

If you go to the "how to" subforum, I think you'll find both video and print info.
