49 Cub Exhaust

Postby ctltmp » Tue Oct 18, 2016 7:10 pm

Getting pretty far along with the job now so the question came up about exhaust. I've seen all sorts of pictures of 49's. Some just have a straight pipe coming out, others had a pipe with a muffler. Question is, how did the 49's really come with or without the muffler?

I thought they came either way. Muffler being an option.

My 48 came with a muffler
Why is there never enough time to do the job right, but always enough time to do it over. :?:
