Head Gasket Information

Postby barry123 » Tue Nov 08, 2016 6:17 pm

Just a little info for anyone in need of a Cub head gasket.
I just received 2 head gaskets that I ordered from RockAuto.com
much to my surprise they are FelPro gaskets that are made in the USA!
Also they are priced at $10.26 each.
How can you go wrong.
The FelPro number on the package reads 7560S.
Regards;
Barry.

I got the same one at my local auto parts store for $17 and change, no shipping and only had to wait an hour and a half :)
God is good, all the time!

I tried my local NAPA. store and after searching with their suppliers
informed me they could not get them. Living here in Canada it seems
to be somewhat difficult to source Cub parts.
Also I get the feeling some of the head gaskets on Ebay are offshore supplied
so I was happy to get these USA made gaskets. I will have to continue my Cub part
searches in the USA. And thanks to McDonald Carb & Ignition for supplying me with
parts that I would never have found in Canada.
Regards;
Barry.
