Hi,
A leaking valve inside the unit can make it have problems. More description of the problem would be helpful. :)

I assume you are referring to what is commonly called hiccuping. going down a little, then raising back up, over and over again. That is a problem in the unit. Go to the manuals and click on the Blue Ribbon manuals for more info.

Have you recently added fluid? If so, did you bleed the system afterwards?
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Problem solved I put another unit on works great pump was ok . Now i will rebuild the old unit
