Loyd you can hook to a temp tank to the top half of the carb. That way you have access to the float. Can you manually operate the float and the fuel stop? If so it eliminates the needle, seat and gasket. If it stops check the float level again with the Lurker carl instructions. Assemble and install a hose bib fitting and a piece of clear plastic hose in place of the jet in the side of the carb. hook up the tank again is the fuel level good or too high. Does it leak now. Get that far and let us know. Fuel and electricity are the sam for trouble shooting. Break it down into small steps and progress methodically from there. There is never such a thing as well it can't be that.
