We got through another successful CubFest here in the barnyard. There were six Cubs in the shop at one point and I lost count of how many other projects were going on at the work benches. Everybody stayed busy by having fun. And in the evening, those who camped enjoyed the time spent telling stories around the fire.
I can't begin to name all the people who helped us get ready. With the new shop wall being installed just a week before the Bash there was little time for me to get the shop in order. With the help of many early birds the shop was ready to go by Thursday noon. Many even stuck around to help put away the 60+ chairs, many tables and take down the 20x40 canopy. That would have taken me one full morning by myself. Thank you so much for that.
The food is always plentiful, but that takes a lot of preparation time. Rosie would have been lost had it not been for the many ladies and several men who helped put the food on the table. I doubt anybody went away hungry.
All in all, it was a perfect weekend with perfect weather and perfect friends.
Let's do it again next year.
Thank all again,
Bill and Rosie

There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Bill you and Rosie were perfect hosts as usual. I had a great time and look forward to next year. We got home yesterday after a 21 day trip with the bash as the final stop. See you at the Tug.
