Hey guy's, so putting some pieces and grease on the FH making sure it all works good and be ready for use when I need it.
So my question is there is a spacer of sorts on one of the lifting arms, see attached photo and arrow, after looking at all the photos I could find with shots of the FH I do not see this on any of them?
Did prior owner add this I assume (we know what happens when we assume, that's why I am here asking )
If it belongs on there what is it's purpose, if I does not belong what do you think they needed it for?
I will take it off as I think I should but want to hear some thoughts about it first
P.S. I just stuck the hairpin in there for photo and this "spacer" is only on this side
As usual thanks to all on here!!
Joe

Hard to tell for sure in the pictures on my phone. It kind of looks like it broke off the yoke underneath the one you have it on top of. Almost even looks like it broke right square under the weld
If nothing else, I'm good at being the bad example or a last resort

I guess it must be part of Murphy's Law. How are pictures included with questions always taken from the exact angle that obscures the answer?
Do you have an offset pull bar support (similar but different from the one Peter posted)? The coupling beam of your disk harrow is blocking the view. It looks like you do and the spacer in question is there to square up the offset support by bringing the right end up.

Yes I have the style 2 pull bar, I will take off the Harrow and take a few more pics tomorrow morning, so I am gathering from what Jim says it should possibly be on there then?

Re: Fast Hitch Part or No?
To me it looks like the previous owner put the spacer on there to get some additional lift height out of the Fast Hitch.
It is not a standard part as far as I'm aware.
