Welcome to the FORUM. According to Raymond Durban's Database: First Yellow/White International Cub, SEPTEMBER 1964 SN 224705.

So far, Paul and Ringo have arrived. John and George were supposed to follow ages ago, but apparently have gone awol. Long story.

You could have had some parts swapped out by a previous owner that were earlier and therefore red, that got painted over with yellow to match.
Or sometimes the primer underneath looks pretty close to a weathered red.

You can check the date codes on the large cast pieces to get a better idea if anything was changed.
1963 and 1964 would be J and K. Everything was probably one or the other when it left the factory.

The list of date codes is here: http://www.tmtractor.com/id/id_004.htm
