Your tuition is getting pretty expensive!
Here's a suggestion FWIW... sell the emblems for whatever you can get (you should get most of your money back on eBay) and use the appropriate decals for the nice looking hood you already have. The major differences between the model years are mostly in the hoods and markings anyway. 
If you have the ribbed hood, it will look better with decals than with emblems that don't really fit.
The other alternative is to sell your (common) hood (buyers should be scrambling for it) and buy the correct (rare) hood. Expect the tuition to rise.
