Using Hand lift and T.C?

Postby farmergiffIV » Thu Feb 08, 2018 1:06 pm

I am wondering if anyone has tried using a Hand Lift assembly for some rear cultivation implements while using the T.C to have another belly mounted implement ran at the same time? Would this set up work? I want to have a tool bar with sweeps mounted to the belly and rear tines that I can control with the hand lift on the back. I think having the option to run either or would be really nice. :tractor:

I’ve done it with 144 cult assembly. That way I could begin and end front and rear at same point when cultivating

You need to be a bit careful operating the hand lift. When fully raised, it will hit the Touch-Control quadrant. The spring can make it hit hard enough to bend the quadrant. If your hand is in the wrong place, it will be unpleasant. Just don't let the lever go fully forward!
