Hello,

New Member from Michigan. On the hunt for a tractor currently, but I thought I would educate myself here before making the purchase. Glad to be here!

Thanks,

Welcome! What kind of tractor are you wanting? What are your needs for a tractor?

Howdy and welcome from SE Michigan. I believe there are several other forum members in your area. Feel free to ask any questions and good luck in your tractor hunt!

Thanks! Currently on the hunt for a Farmall A or Super A. I was going to look for a cub, but I think the larger size and horsepower of the A would be beneficial. It's only job as of right now would be to plow out my driveway.

Welcome to the forum. I just moved from Davison, MI to Oxford, MI.
The cubs and loboy's do a great job plowing (as would an A or Super A). Once you have one in your sites, it is amazing how many other tasks you find for your tractor to assist with.

Davison is not far from me, other side of the county.

Thanks,

I would not vote for an A. Super A is ok, in fact fine. Check out the hydraulics or the lack of on an A. Some did have an exhaust lift and I have used one. Next to worthless. IMHO. Welcome to the forum. Vern
