Hello Cub Forum
My name is Andy I'm 25 years old and live in Bowling green, KY. I grew up in a small town of Buffalo, KY (Larue Co. birthplace of abe lincoln) The first memory I have of a cub is the 1953 that cut our 6-acre yard for 25 years. What got my father and I wanting to restore a tractor was RFD TV classic tractor 3 years ago. We decided it was time to retire the 53 cub and get one to replace it. So we found a 1976 IH cub for mowing and after that the RED craze started. It got even better last week when I got my first demo It’s in the works now and hoping it will be done by next years show season.
I would like to see what you all think of our 2-year project on the 53. It has been a lot of fun researching the cub to get it back to the way it was new and what we think looks good. The picture was taken before the new set of tires and seat changed back to gray canvas and the steering wheel back to red in the center.
I little project we done over the summer. A mini tobacco wagon that was done after seeing other little wagons at shows. We thought it would be nice to have something to haul our tent, chairs and etc. to the shows.
