Hello,
I am new to the Tractor circuit. My neighbor has an IH McCormick Farmall 1950 Cub. It has been handed down in the family and it was in need of some serious attention. I volunteered to restore it for him. When I started to dismantle it we noticed that it had white paint under the hood and in various other hidden locations. After some research and emails it appears that the tractor is a 1950 Demonstrator. The serial number is 100131. Any advice would be gratefully accepted.
If anybody knows what the name of the original white color is, please let me know.

Re: Restoring a 1950 Demonstrator Cub
The original white used for demonstrators was called "Whitecap White" by IH. We have a few serious demonstrator fans here on the forum. They will be more than happy to assist you. I suggest that you make a post in the main forum about your project. Questions get answered more quickly there.
