new from louisiana

Postby duane adams » Thu Sep 09, 2010 8:40 pm

CUBS ARE GREAT i got a 53 a couple years ago then i got a 49 i was going to part out but i just can't bring myself to take the old girl apart so i went and got a 51 in Tenn that was pulled down and the engine had a total rebuild and that project is still waiting for me , being i work offshore in the oilfield for 28 days and only get 14 days at home it is hard to get those projects done,i just got a snow-grader blade and i have no idea how to mount it or if i got all the parts so if any one has pictures of one mounted i sure could use them

Duane,

Welcome to the forum. Post an ad in the "Wanted Cub Items" section, listing the type blade you have and what parts you need. Someone here may have them.

Duane, welcome to the forum. Check with www.ralphscubs.com for your plow parts. He has some used parts that may be what you need. He is a well respected sponsor of this forum and is very reasonable with his prices.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Duane:

Welcome and congrats on already being a member of the MCC :D the Multiple Cub Club :{_}:

Image to Farmallcub.com :big smile: Forum Family. And you have come to the right place for all things Cub related. If you click on the Site Rules, Regulations, & Important Information, it will point you to  the Welcome Wagon wherein you will find links to many useful sites and topics. One of which is the Cub Manual Server. Enjoy!.

You will find the manuals for the Cub-54 Leveling and Grader Blade including the parts breakdown on the server. That should help you identify all the parts and make sure you have them all. If you do not have them all then getting the needed parts via the Wanted Cub Items forum or from Ralph or JP Tractor would be the way to go. Assembly then will be a piece of cake..
