hello from northern mi
hello, just got my '55 cub on the forth of july( thanks honey) Had my eye on ths tractor for about 15 years, a freind of mine picked it up then for mowing. last summer his wife got him one of them new fangled zero turn mowers and he parked his cub. took me about a year to talk him out of it. THis cub was very similar to the one my grandfather used on his farm. After a charge on the battery and some fresh gas it fired right up. came with a C-3 mower, disk, plow. has the fast hitch. going to clean it up a bit and use it out to camp. Greg

Greg:
G'day and congrats on acquiring your 1st new to you Cub . I kinda understand your situation. I ended up watching for almost 20 years as my wife's uncle used his Cub every summer in the garden as I hoped in vain to be able to save up enough cash and actually find a Cub for my own. Ended up I got my brother-in-law's Cub which had belonged to his father.
Enjoy getting used to your new Cub and suggest you take a bit of time and follow the links below:

That's a familiar zip code. I lived near East tawas for several years from 1980 to 1988. Owned Wooded Acres Resort which is five miles north. Love the area. First was there in the 1960's for smelt fishing. Got more fish out of the AuSable but Tawas was more fun. Vern
