NEW MEMBER FROM AUSTRALIA

Postby Beeac Cub » Mon Jan 16, 2017 2:35 am

Hi from Down under.

For the next few minutes at least I am the newest member. I live about 2 hours drive west of Melbourne, Australia, in a very small country town call Beeac. For any-one who has visited this part of the world, we are sort of in the area of "the Great Ocean Road".

I have a Farmall A in totally restored condition, which I think is a 1939 or 1940 model. I have had it two years. Last weekend I bought a 1956 Cub Loboy which is in running condition but needs a good tidy up. The nice thing is that it is complete, and possibly has not done a lot of work as there is no wear in the steering, the pedals, etc. It has a mower fitted and is painted green with some yellow pin-striping. It is very clean and I am wondering if it has had an easy life on a golf course or in a park.

I am really looking forward to learning about Cubs and meeting others.

Regards,

Ean

I would take the tractor to all the IH shows and gatherings and let everyone try to give me a hard time about the paint colors.
I have an excuse. CRS.
