Just grind off nub of bolt down flush to block....(or as close as you can without gouging into the block, re-install head
...no gasket and just snug with enough bolts to insure alignment, place drilled dummy bolt in broken bolt hole, and drill pilot hole. We drilled just a tiny bit at a time to check alignment. Once hole was drilled, we removed head
and used larger drill bits until we could flake out old threads. Worked really well.
