A-60 and 1A-60 differences

Awhile back I picked up a grader blade setup for a Super A. I understand there was an A-60 and a 1A-60 blade made. Wondering what the production dates were for them and how do they differ? Is there a way to tell them apart?
Also it looks like I have all the pieces for my plow (A-60 or 1A-60) except the flexible clevis and the J shaped extension arm that mounts to the touch controls rockshaft (it would be a boomerang on a Cub).
Does anyone have one of those they care to part with or can possibly trace it to a paper so I have something to copy from?

1A was the later name to sync up with the Farmall 100. It may mark a change for Fast-Hitch compatibility (like the difference between the later Cub-54 and the Cub-54A). You would have to check a couple parts catalogs to verify.

Below are links to eBay postings for reprints of the factory operators manuals. I’ve been digging for what info I can find. A post on yesterday’s tractor had the A-60 built from ‘50-54, the 1A-60 ‘55-58 and another, the “no.60” built ‘59 and later. (I can’t verify accuracy of this info) Guessing the the manuals reflect the wording as it changed over the years. Super A production spanned ‘47-54 and ‘54-56. Echoing what you’ve said
I usually grab these manuals, reprints or not, as they identify all parts involved and include part numbers.
I found the extension arm on CL a state away and it’s pricey. May, may not, have to see what else pops up. That’s par for the course though with anything. I’ve said for a long time that the cheapest implement to find will be the most complete because if you have to piece one together it’ll probably cost twice as much when your done.
I’m leaning towards picking up more factory literature for quick reference. These things are constantly taking you back to school and I like that.
