Farmall A Snowplow/Grader Blade

When I purchased the Farmall Cub, I was given a Snowplow/Grader Blade that was part of the purchase package.
I often wondered why the pictures at TM tractor and other sites didn’t look exactly like the Snowplow/Grader Blade and its parts that I now owned.
Lo and behold and little that this Grasshopper new at the time, I was given a Farmall A Snowplow/Grader Blade.
The man who sold me the cub said the owner used it as a grader and it worked fine.
The first year I had it I used it as a plow. In hind sight, I guess I’m lucky that I didn’t tare/rip off the front end.
Questions:
I seem to have most or all of the parts. However, is there a local listing such as Rudi’s server Cub 54 and L-54 Grader Blade?
What is the Snowplow/Grader Blade name/number for the Farmall A?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

It would be the Number 60 blade. Binder Books has the manual.

Mark,

Russ Leggitt has retrofitted a blade for me and it is in transport as we speak up to the north that was originally from a 140 or Super A. They are different, but not all THAT different. The lifting mechanism is different, but that can be overcome with a little enginuity and some fabricating skills. I know that George Willer has done this before as well. The blade is a little wider than a Cub blade, but it does work without killing the cub, from what I hear. I will be putting it to the test this winter on my MerlinCub for sure and will report back.

Perhaps George or Russ can post their pictures of the retrofit to their tractors for you to reference if you like.

Can't wait for snow now that my tractor is running and now that the blade is on its way north to me!!

Russ, sent you a PM, by the way...
