Postby Hickup » Sun Feb 17, 2008 1:24 pm

Ok I cant figure out where to fill the oil after I have changed it. I always drain all the oils to check make sure they have clean oil in them but for the life of me I cant find the fill on my 1940 A. Please help. Thanks

In the vent on top of the rocker cover. It sticks up through the center of the hood.

I don't know the amount, but should be 4 1/2 quarts approximately. check the level by opening the petcocks on the side of the crankcase pan. Oil should run out the bottom one (minimum level). Top one is maximum level.
If you are not part of the solution,
you are part of the problem!!!
