Thanks everyone for your help but i am still having firing problems. I have changed cap and rotor, still no fire to the plugs. Rotor is turning. I put a plug wire on the high voltage wire with a sparkplug in it and it will knock your socks off! :? Thanks, Brad .I have not replaced the plugs.

I have not gone back and read your previous posts... have you replaced the sparkplugs?

A couple days ago i posted about my A having spark from coil to ditributor but no spark to the plugs.
I have changed cap and rotor, still no fire to the plugs. Rotor is turning. I put a plug wire on the high voltage wire with a sparkplug in it and it will knock your socks off!
This pretty much narrows the problem down to internal rotor timing.

Mark the #1 spark plug tower location on the magneto case, just below the cap. Roll the engine over to TDC #1 cylinder and then remove the distributor cap and check the rotor location. The tip of the rotor should be pointing at the center of the #1 spark plug tower location mark.
I have an excuse. CRS.
