It was a matter of rotor timing on the magneto i set it to go just past the no. 1 tower after it snaps. I went to hit the starter while i had a plug out to check for spark and it fired up quick on 3 cylinders! 
These mags give me fits! But I am learning! thanks guys Brad Archie
