That is truly a work of art! Amazing attention to detail. Thanks for sharing the pictures. Dumb question. It looks like you are set up for cultivating and planting. I see the seed hopper and the cultivators. Is that correct?

Re: pictures
Thanks Glenn, thats not a dumb question to me because I'm not a farmer and never used a sidedresser but its for fertilizer as you cultivate, I think, someone can tell me if I'm wrong, but yes thats what I am going to try next year, just a small garden, something to play with to get some seat time [ get a little dirt on the plows ] sounds like a country song , if I took my time it may take 30 minutes to cultivate it Mike

mno wrote:Thanks everyone for all the kind comments, your proberly right Bob after about 6 months , and Aussiecub you will have to get started on that SAV-1, that a rare tractor, I wish mine had been one, that cub will get there Bill, and want to see pictures, you dont have to get crazy like I did, I could have done half the work and I'm sure no one would have known the different, but I wanted to do one that I took everything apart, final drives, trans., engine, pto, belt pulley, distibutor, govenor, touch control, hyd. pump, front axle, if it came apart, it did, lots of new bushings, bearings and all the seals and gaskets, blasted all the nuts, bolts and washers, along with everything else , but I guess its done, now I can wait until next year to see if I can cultivate with it
I was with you all the way until you said coltivate with it....and get it all dirty....WOW
