My first order experience from Steiner is HORRIBLE. The online ordering system is garbage. 4 attempts to place an online order via PayPal failed. I emailed the folks to ask what gives. I'm checking PayPal to see if I get hit for 4 charges!

2nd day of ordering was successful. I had to use a credit card. Their PayPal setup will not order successfully. Then to prove that my paypal worked I ordered something from another site to test it and it worked.
