Looks like a brace for the cultivator rear rockshaft on an A. If so, it doesn't belong on a Super A.

Seems like whatever it was for, it was used on a SA attachment. Mine has it, and the one for sale on ebay came off another SA.

My SA doesn't have that and the others I have seen didn't.
