Super A post hole digger

Postby ibrake4rust » Wed Jul 21, 2010 10:20 am

I have a 3pt. on my SA and it works well with a shredder and disc harrow plow. I'm wanting to get a post hole digger and was wondering if anyone has used one with their SA.

Never thought about that. I'd like to see it done.

Haven't done it with a Super A but I have done it with a JD B and it worked well. Power of the two tractors should be pretty similar.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Can't imagine it being a problem. Sometimes people get a little freaked out by the offset PTO, but if I recall correctly, it met ASAE standards, at least at the time it was new. Keep the universals greased and you should be ok.
