TM Tractor has a step listed for the A.

That would work except I have a bar using one of those holes. See attached.

i would modify a step that used the front two mounting holes to step out around what you have mounted in the lower hole. then just use a longer bolt in that location.
i'll get a picture of one of mine tonight.
