I just bought a Super A Ser# 295xxx a 1950

[Super A]

Ponymaster looked at all my pics last night, and believes it to be an early SA. He had one just like it. According to him it has the smaller 113 motor, not the 123, and there are some other details I can not remember.

All Super A's had the 113. The Super A-1's had a 123. You can get the right sleeve/piston combinations to make a 113 into a 123. There were lots of little running changes during Super A production--all kinds of little internal changes to the Touch Control, standard battery ignition with the voltage regulator underneath the generator, greasable brake pedal hangers, automotive style tie-rods, pancake style headlights, etc. By the time the Super A-1 came along, the tractor had really been refined in lots of ways.

A Super A will make you get out of the Cub business quick!!
