Help identify this implement please

i got this in a purchase i just made on a Cub. i forgot to ask what it was. It has an inlet on the top and on the bottom of the black tube. Look like water inlets, but not sure. there is a cable and 2 pullies. Not sure if its some kind opf lift or what.

That appears to be part of a Farmall A/B exhaust lift.

Exhaust lift for an International letter series tractor I believe.

That is an exhaust lift. I have never seen one on a cub and if that is all you got with it then you are missing several parts.

The cylinder is for the exhaust lift system on a Farmall A or B. The other parts attached to it are specific to use of that cylinder with a cultivator.
