magneto cutoff placement

For the early A series tractors where would the magneto cutoff switch be mounted?
I finally got my hands on a copy of Farmall Letter series tractors and it looks like its mounted vertically on the right side of the throttle.
Super A's seem to have them mounted in the electrical box. My '46 has an after market mag cutout switch mounted in the electrical box.
It works
but it isn't right. I'm thinking mine should be on the throttle as well.
Reproduction switches are available but I believe there is a mount for it. I don't have a clue what the mount looks like.
Anyone have a close up view of one?
Incidentally on the book, I didn't pay the crazy price these have been getting. $40 shows patience pays off.

Mike, looks as if the switch is mounted on the back of the throttle plate on the column. You can make it out in this pic, just above the shift knob...

Yes this is what I've been seeing but this is as close a shot as I can get. It looks like there is a mini ring mount like some gauges have.

My BN has the switch mounted in the same location. However it is a 12 volt conversion and does not have the original switch. I never really paid that much attention to the mount. Perhaps a trip to the barn tomorrow to see what's there.

A '46 would be the latest style. The early version used a cable control. It had a bracket. At serial 35260 they changed to the grounding switch with a separate bracket to hold the switch horizontally. At 59369 they changed to the bracket welded to the quadrant, holding the switch vertically (like the picture above). The Super A is another story.

Ok thanks I guess I'm going to be on the lookout for a throttle quadrant that has the bracket welded on. I actually have a friend from the forum checking for an extra now but if that doesn't pan out I may have another option.
If I can get a close enough photo of a quadrant and its bracket I could probably fabricate and weld a bracket to the quadrant I have now.
Demensions would help keep things as accurate as possible. I don't think it would be too much of a project for me to make one.

Don't know why I didn't think of this before.
to the rescue! can't get a better pic than this and I was actually able to save the image to a file! 
That doesn't happen to much any more from ebay.
This looks pretty basic. If I can't get one I'm sure I can reproduce this simple bracket and weld it to my quadrant even with my marginal welding skills.
