Tom, I don't know if you have already looked at this post of the replacement, but it really wasn't that bad. http://www.farmallcub.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=65406&p=533216&hilit=rear+transmission+seal+replacement#p533216 What took the longest was finding someone to punch out the new rubber washers for the flange. Now I know where to get them, so it wouldn't take long at all. And I was doing it by myself, so if you have someone to help you, it SHOULD go rather smoothly. The tapered bolts holding the flange assembly together were a b*@tch to get apart, and you need to be careful not to squish those dished washers that hold the rubber washers. My tapered bolts did have some wear, but I decided NOT to try to replace them. I will probably remove them from my parts tractor and save them just in case. Give a holler if you decide to tackle it and have any questions. Dale Finch
