Tom, I don't know if you have already looked at this post of the replacement, but it really wasn't that bad.

What took the longest was finding someone to punch out the new rubber washers for the flange. Now I know where to get them, so it wouldn't take long at all. And I was doing it by myself, so if you have someone to help you, it SHOULD go rather smoothly. The tapered bolts holding the flange assembly together were a b*@tch to get apart, and you need to be careful not to squish those dished washers that hold the rubber washers. My tapered bolts did have some wear, but I decided NOT to try to replace them. I will probably remove them from my parts tractor and save them just in case.
