Considering the tractor could be anywhere from 35 to 57 years old, the answer is "everything." Anything could be wore out. Anything could be broken. Look the tractor over carefully from stem to stern. Listen to it. Drive it around while watching and listening.
Like all the other IH tractor designs from those golden years, they're overall solid with no specific weak points.
