I have 2 Industrial A's and I have to agree that this is an International also despite how the tag is labeled.
Most of them out my way have some yellow paint showing that they were once highway department tractors but this one is sporting cultivators. Being in MD it likely was an International that hit the field rather than the loading dock or road way mowing duty. Referring back to the Letter series guide by Guy Fay he calls it a rare sight to see a International Super A on a farm working a field, I don't imagine its much different for the 130.
