Yes I am fairly certain. Although this one is not the 22 mower but attaches the same.

Yeah on the sickle mowers it goes on the PTO shaft, not the belt pulley.

Here's a video from Youtube that might help. This one doesn't have the drawbar on, but for some reason I was thinking you were supposed to have it mounted.

It would be nice to see a good picture of the right side showing how it hooks up to the hydraulic lift arms

Best I could do from the www:

You hopefully have this little extension that attaches to the hydraulic arm on the right side. It gives the leverage needed to raise/lower the cutterbar.:

So I finally find some time to get this mower put on the super A. I attached the front brackets to the flywheel casing and when to the back to connect the pulley only to have much trouble. so I disconnected the front bracket and attached the back pulley to the drawbar pad and went back up to the front to connect the front brackets only to find out they wouldn't reach. I went back to pto and slid the flywheel shaft as far forward as I could but still would not reach the front mounting bolts. I must be doing something wrong there is no way that belt will stay on those pulleys. I think there might be something bent. I didn't take picture partially attached, guess I should have.
After messing around with this by myself for several hour in the rain, heat and humidity I pulled it all off and set it aside for another day.

Need pictures of the mower itself, preferably on the tractor.
